Upon purchasing a subscription or credits, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

Content Restrictions

Technical Restrictions

Usage Requirements

No Warranties

While we strive for accuracy and quality, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service or the generated code.

Service Limitations

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• • All generated code must be thoroughly reviewed and tested before any production use
• • We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of generated code
• • The Service may experience downtime, delays, or technical limitations

AI Technology Limitations

You understand that:

• • The quality of output depends on the quality and clarity of input
• • The Service may not be suitable for all use cases or requirements

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your input designs and content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and submit such content.

Our Rights

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights, AI models, algorithms, improvements, and derivative works.

License Grant

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, and analyze your input content solely for providing, maintaining, and improving the Service and our AI technology.

Generated Content

While you own the specific code generated for you, we retain rights to the underlying technology, patterns, and improvements derived from the generation process.

Liability Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• • Your use or inability to use the Service
• • Data loss, corruption, or security breaches
• • Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues

Limitation Amount

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
